Perfect Promise (Abe) is a standardbred appaloosa, standing at 14.2hh.
He has done everything from the green hunters, to pre-entry eventing and has jumped up to 2'9''. He was born on Sept. 6, xxxx (13 years old). Abe has a very trusting personality and loves to please, though he is spoiled rotten and will take advantage if you let him.
He is available for lease only, either half (200$ for max. 2 rides a week) or full (315$ riding anytime) preferably on property at Brookfield Stables (Bob MacGregor's) which has a small indoor arena and a large outdoor arena, both sand. He can be moved to another location if you wish, though you will have to pay for his full board and trailering.
I will supply his tack (saddle, bridle, 2 saddle pads, 1 gel pad, 1 bit, 1 horse cooler(which is too large for him), his jumping boots (both front and back), his trailering blanket and a crop. I will also supply his feed(my choosing) and Farrier services (my Farrier).
Abe had an abscess in his two front hooves this past summer and while he has healed, he has become out of shape. I am looking for someone that will take the time to ride him/ lunge him. He can do walk/trot/canter at the moment, either in the ring or trails. He can be taken on trails, but he does prefer to go with another horse that he can follow.
I am also offering to come out and help with him once a week *(depending on schedules)* and help you get use to him.
